The WOD House Sprint
AMRAP 20 Minutes (As Many Rounds As Possible)
- 10 Deadlifts (100/70 kg)
- 15 Box Jumps (60/50 cm)
- 20 Push-Ups
- 25 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
- 30 Double Unders (or 60 Single Unders)
🛠️ Notes:
- Deadlifts: Focus on form; moderate to heavy load.
- Box Jumps: Full hip extension on top of the box.
- Push-Ups: Chest touches floor, strict form.
- Kettlebell Swings: American style (overhead) unless otherwise specified.
- Double Unders: Jump rope twice under the feet per jump; scale with single unders if needed.
🏆 Goal:
- Steady, non-stop pace.
- Aim for 5+ rounds.
